The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, and includes extra touches, such as a selection of music and DVDs, to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Part of a small, private development, the apartment is set in landscaped gardens in a peaceful location just a few minutes walk from Kalkan Old Town, with it’s selection of restaurants and shops.
The sunny pool, shared with just two other apartments, has ample sunbathing areas, wonderful views of Kalkan and the sea, and is surrounded by bougainvillia.

The apartment is set in a small walled development on the hillside above the town centre. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill to the old town and just a couple of minutes further to the beach and harbour area. There are a number of beach clubs dotted around the bay for an alternative place to swim and sunbathe. The weekly market is held just 5 minutes walk away.
Some people may prefer to take the easy way back to the apartment and taxis are readily available for the short hop.
A local minibus service provides regular transport to nearby beaches and to Kas and beyond. |

Bedrooms are fully furnished with drawers/cupboards, mirrors, bedside tables and lamps. The master bedroom opens directly onto the main balcony; both bedrooms have patio doors opening to balustrades decorated with bougainvillea.
The kitchen/lounge is open plan and has a comfortable seating area for 4. Guests have the option of eating in at the dining table, or enjoying a meal or sunset drink on the furnished balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to self-cater. There is a full-size electric oven, electric / gas hob and washing machine.
Pool furniture – sunloungers, table and parasol – is provided for the exclusive use of apartment guests.
Our agents/keyholders are conveniently located in Kalkan Old Town and are available to deal with any queries or additional cleaning (a weekly clean is included in our rental costs). They can also arrange airport transfers and/or car hire.
