Just a 10/15 minute stroll to the marina and a further 5 minutes to the main town centre with its excellent shopping, fabulous restaurants and bars. Situated in a sought after quiet area of Karagozlar in Fethiye. There is a handy local bus (Dolmus) stop nearby with connections to Fethiye town centre and surrounding areas such as Hisaronu which is great especially at night for its endless array of bars and restaurants and Olu Deniz for its fabulous sandy beach and its impressive "Blue Lagoon". |

| Marina View Apartment is situated in a quiet area of Fethiye known as Karagozlar. With a pretty waterfront and marina only 50m away and the main town of Fethiye with its excellent array of shops, bars and restaurants being approximately 1km away. There is a Dolmus bus service located at the end of the road which makes access to all the local attractions, like the famous beach at Olu Deniz, a night out in Hisaronu or a visit to the local market etc, really easy and it is very cheap and fun on these local Turkish buses. |

The features two quality, comfortable sofas, large colour TV, DVD player and selection of DVD films and books. There is a dining table and chairs and an outside dining table set. The apartment has crockery for both inside and outside dining.
The smart modern kitchen offer a combination oven/microwave/grill & 4 gas burner hob. There is a large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and juicer. The large outside terrace also features a large barbecue. All the large double size bedrooms offer private en-suite, shower & wc, with the master bedroom also offering a Jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom also offer a terrace with stunning views of the Karagozlar bay and marina. There is a lovely swimming pool with sun deck with sunbeds and chairs. |

Guestbook: Wow! Marina View Apartment was just as described, absolute luxury! This is a stunning apartment with fabulous views of pretty Karagozlar Bay in Fethiye with its numerous yachts and boats.
We enjoyed many a glass of wine with our barbecue after which we enjoyed watching the sun set over the mountains in the distance ... views to die for! Awaking to a sunrise here is something special and not to be missed ... at least one morning.
This was our fourth visit to Turkey and there is no doubt that this is the most beautiful area in Turkey. Fethiye is great, the right mix of nice bars and restaurants but not too lively.
