Just a note to say how much we enjoyed staying in your apartment in Turkey. I can't thank you enough for your help and prompt e-mails, you really helped to smooth the organising of our holiday. The apartment was smashing, all we expected and more. The complex was very quiet and relaxing, around the pool in the day and lovely for meals in the evening. I can definitely say that the food and the friendly staff were the best in Altinkum. The apartment is definitely in a prime spot, 10 min. walk from all of the beaches and the promenade/restaurants, absolutely excellent. We can't remember when we enjoyed a holiday so much ! I was also very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the local Turkish people are, absolutely first class. It was our first visit to Al Tinkum/Turkey, definitely the first of many! So thanks again for a lovely holiday experience.

The holiday was brilliant and we will be in touch for next year. The Keys should be with you when you get back plus an extra key we were given for the main access door.

We noticed that the apartment above yours is for sale and would be interested in knowing what sort of return we could expect if we were to ask you to rent it out for us.

We have also contacted Dolphin ref the next development IV but have hod no response to date. We will keep in touch as we may need your advice if we decide to proceed with a purchase. Stewart

I would just like to say thanks for everything, you was very helpful when I first queried about the apartment saying that work was being carried out in the pool, (which didn't make any difference to us). Any questions I Emailed and asked, you Emailed me straight back with the answers (sometimes within minutes) nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we found the apartment spotless, there was milk, juice and water in the fridge (thank you) so we didn't have to go straight to the shop before we could have a drink. (I did of course make sure these were put back and left for the next customers) fresh towels were laid on the beds and in the bathroom. The apartment is brilliant and very comfortable with all the Ikea furniture, having a fridge freezer and oven was brilliant because my vegetarian daughter doesn't like very much Turkish food so it meant I could go to Gima (supermarket) and keep some frozen food in. you have thought of everything. The washing machine, the candles, the wine glasses everything was just so perfect, just like home from home. If we need a place to stay in Altinkum again you will definitely be hearing from me. Thanks again for everything.
