We have just returned from a three day golf break at Villa Martin. This apartment was absolutely perfect to suit our needs. It is clean, tidy and very spacious. Situated directly opposite the famous Villa Martin golf course, it is a golfer's dream and we were equally pleased that we only had to carry our clubs up a few steps to the apartment after completing 18 holes. The Villa Martin 'Square' with its many great bars and fantastic restaurants is reached by direct access from a rear door in the apartment and despite it being a fairly lively area we were not disturbed at night by any excess noise. My wife and I have recently returned from a week's visit with the aim of looking around the Costa Blanca for the possible purchase of an investment property. Not having visited the area before, we were very pleasantly surprised in the quality of beaches so close (yes, it really is only about 5 minutes by car to La Zenia and Cabo Roig) and, if you like to play golf, 3 courses are right on the doorstep. The flat itself was a good size for a 1 bed apartment, and we found the owner, Dave, very pleasant and easy to deal with. If you decide to stay, you must try out the new Chinese restaurant at Villamartin (viewable in the distance from the apartment's balcony) where we enjoyed an excellent meal - comprising 2 starters, 6 main courses, a whole bottle of wine and liqueurs for only 7.5 euros per head(�5.00!!!) I have just returned from a very enjoyable week at Villamartin. Everything was just perfect, sun, sea and definitely the apartment. It was in an excellent location, right on the doorstep for all the amenities. The apartment itself had everything you could have wanted and to a good standard. Especially took advantage of the air conditioning, which was a great asset. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to my friends and family.
