Our spacious newly built 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, corner apartment is situated in a peaceful, semi-residential area with only a 9 mins walk to the blue flag beach of La Mata.
Our apartment has a lovely large balcony with sea views and overlooks the communal swimming pool, which are surrounded by well maintained gardens. There are 2 lifts within the apartment building and a security intercom at the entrance.
Although in a fairly quiet location (no high rise hotels here), you are near local shops, bars, restaurants and also internet cafes!
Torrevieja town is only a 5 mins drive or bus journey (which takes a bit longer!). Perfectly located for the family beach holiday or the golf enthusiast as there are 3 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive. |

Torrevieja is a typically lively spanish town with its many cafes, bars and restaurants offering an abundance of choice for everyone!
One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. The carnivals are a fantastic display of colour & music.
If markets are your thing, a big, popular local market is held in Torrevieja town every Friday. Other markets are held in nearby towns almost every other day of the week.
Visit the local water park - Aquapolis which is a short 5 min drive - open June to September - slides, wave machines, children's slides and a large picnic area. A great day out for all the family. |
