This apartment is conveniently situated in Playa Flamenca area of the South Costa Blanca. With only twenty five minutes journey from Murcia San Javier airport and Forty Five minutes journey from Alicante airport. The property comprises of lounge diner, Fully fitted American style kitchen, utility with laundry facilities, bathroom with full size bath and shower, double bedroom with double bed and patio area and twin room with two single beds. The property offers English T.V and communal pool. In the immediate area you will find restaurants, shops and Saturday street market. Within ten minutes walking distance you will find a commercial centre with a number of eateries and bars offering a wide range of menus from around the world and entertainment, childrens activity bar where they can enjoy slides and soft play etc while you relax with a drink knowing the children are safe and happy. The local supermarket, beach (there is a local bus that takes you near the beach)and major bus services are fifteen minutes walking distance. There is a local bus to help get around the area and stops near the town hall wher you can get on a second bus and explore further a field
If hiring a car you can find three major golf courses within a five to ten minutes drive. Golf tours can be arranged in advance for the more serious golfers. Places to visit in the area are the mud baths of the Mar Menor, The local town of Torrevieja, Salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata, the historic town of Orihuela and there are many hidden villages and towns. For the more active family there are activities within a short drive, bus journey or walk such as Pony Trekking, Quad Biking, go Karting, water sports, Scuba Diving, Aquaparks, Elche Zoo and Fishing there are fishing trips of which can be arranged in advance or booked during your stay. Shopping can be done for you in advance, the property will have socket covers for the safety of children changing mats, nappy sacks and cotton wool. Any other baby equipment can be hired at a small charge. |

| The apartment is close to three golf courses, the property is in a residential setting mainly holiday lets, There are bars and eateries within a short walk all of which are quite family orientated. The local market is only on the next street where you can sit and enjoy piella and shop for the local wares and foods. If hiring a car or using public transport you can investigate the salt lakes or mud baths, towns of culture and history, if you are wanting something a little more out going there are water parks,zoos, scuba diving with PADI instructor, and Benidorm is an hours drivelots for veryone to do too much information to place on the web, I offer a specific pack with ideas to suit you interests. |

In addition to this we can do your weeks shopping for you, just send me the list and I will let you know the cost, you send me the money and I will do the shopping for you at the cost plus 5 euros for my time. This will be ready and waiting in the property for your arrival |
| Guestbook: Just had a holiday with our 6 month baby girl. When my boyfriend mentioned going on holiday with the baby I was dreading going but a freind told me about holitots and they were a god send. I booked the apartment on the internet after askinglots of questions. I also booked a cot and other items. Marie did a little bit of shopping for us so we did not have to rush out, Marie met us at the airport with a car seat and then we followed her to the apartment (she gave us directions in case we lost her) when we got to the apartment it was very clean and plug sockets had covers on she had made sure there were nappy sacks and a changing mat in the bathroom and silly things like that. We had told her what kind of activities we were wanting to do so she put lots of information in the apartment for us. It was so easy, I was releived all we had to do was get there and nothing to worry about, she even gave me her number in case we needed any help with any thing such as getting any medicine from the chemist, it was like having a holiday rep but not having to stay on a hotel |
