It has a separate fully fitted kitchen.
It’s southern aspect makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there.It also has its own private residents pool, which is open all year round, is key operated and has its own lifeguard in the summer months.
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms(hairdryer available) one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). The living room has a sofa bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite television along with a radio and CD player.
The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,microwave,toaster, hob,iron, ironing board, oven and washing machine. For your added comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. Linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels. |

It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential. |
