Completely refurbished two bed apartment with small sea view on popular Mare Verde complex in the Torviscas area of Tenerife. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach, restaurants and bars.

Mare Verde, which is situated in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Las Americas, is one of the most popular British resorts in Tenerife. The complex has a large central pool containing 5 stepped pools connected by means of a water slide and waterfalls. In addition there is also a large pool for serious swimmers and a toddlers' pool. There is a restaurant, poolside snack/cocktail bar, laundrette and supermarket onsite. Reception is open from 8am till midnight and here you can purchase tickets to local attractions and excursions. It is possible to book tennis sessions and play pool in the reception area. Given it's position and facilities it is easy to see why Mare Verde has remained a top destination for British holiday makers for so long.
Playa Fanabe is the nearest beach, just a 5 minute walk away. The adjacent Torviscas Playa is less than 10 minutes away and is connected by a 5 mile promenade to all the main beaches along the Adeje coast. It also has a delightful tropical style beach bar were you may enjoy indulgent cocktails and snacks while watching the enchanting, unbeatable sunset.
Our apartment is situated in Phase I close to the main pool, and has two balconies, one of which is off the master bedroom, the other off the living room. The apartment is an upper level, 2 bedroom, end of terrace maisonette. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds with ample cupboard and wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a glass sliding French window to a private balcony which has a small rock garden on one side. The large living room has 2 single sofa beds, dining table and chairs, with TV, DVD player and CD/radio, this leads via a sliding French window to the main balcony. The kitchen is well equipped containing a 4 ring hob, oven with extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. We also provide an iron and ironing board for the use of our guests. The bathroom has bath with shower overhead, sink, WC and bidet.
The balconies face south and get the sun all day and though the pool can be seen, both balconies overlook a quiet garden area and each contain garden furniture (table, chairs and sun beds).
Across the road from Mare Verde are several restaurants and supermarkets, particularly recommended is El Classico.
Access to Mare Verde is very easy, as there is a bus stop and taxi rank right outside the complex. This makes Mare Verde an excellent base for those who wish to explore the island. It is possible to rent cars or exchange money at good rates as so many English and Spanish companies are in direct competition with one another.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. Linen and towels are provided. Guests can take a taxi from Tenerife South airport to the Mare Verde Reception, which usually costs around 20 euros.
