Our Apartment is on the ground floor in a safe gated community. It has two bedrooms both twin, with built in wardrobes. One bedroom has en suite bath with shower over,w.c. & marble washstand. There is a seperate shower room with w.c. and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equiped with crockery,utensils,saucepans,beer & wine glasses etc. There is an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven under,large fridge freezer,washing machine & dishwasher.
The lounge/diner is large with seating for 4 at the table and a large L -shaped sofa in the lounge area. There is a DVD/Radio player and Sky freeview television.
The lounge and main bedroom have direct access to the large terrace via sliding glass doors. The terrace with a sea view has a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy al fresco meals in the sun
All linen and towels are supplied but you will have to supply your own beach towels.
The apartment will have clean linen and be cleaned for your arrival. If you decide to stay more than one week it will be cleaned and linen changed each week.
The apartment is SW facing so has the sun directly on the terrace from about noon till sundown. |

| The coast road N340 passes along the bottom of Riviera. On one side of the road is the beach wirh Max.s Bar and others. On the town side are two Supermarkets(one 24/7 so no need to go short)Chemists,(you can buy most precscrition medicine there if you have its correct name,not just the trade name. Take the old box)laundry,post box,Banks and ATMs,several bars restaurants with evening entertainment,car hire,tour excursions, etc.Further up the hill you pass the Miraflores Golf Acadamy driving range with club and ball hire,at good cheap prices. It also has a good bar and restaurant. This looks out to the 2nd Tee of the main golf course. Another five mins brings you to the Paraiso Rivieara gated community and the apartment.Total drive time from Apartment to beach 10mins.The new Autopista toll road has a toll gate approx 5mins drive away, good if you want to make fast cheap journies along the coast to Gibralter in 1 Hour. The apartment is located in a modern gated community,accessed only by electronic remotes or number keypad. The apartment has security bars and gates at all entrances. There is also fire extinguisher,fire blanket and fire alarm and a good First Aid kit,so you can feel quite safe.
There are two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom is en suite with bath and shower over,bidet, w.c. and large marble wasbasin and mirror. This bedroom also has sliding doors onto the terrace.. The second bathroom has a shower cubile w.c. and washbasin. All linen,towels,teatowels are supplied except Beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including,cooker four plate hob and oven,large fridge freezer,dishwasher,washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining space has a table and four chairs and leads on the lounge which has a large L - shaped sofa big enough for 4. Coffe table and table lamps. A TV connected to Spanish TV (If you like Flamenco there is one channel devotd to it), there is Sky Freeview channels (BBC1,etc).There is also a DVD player and radio and a good selection of films and music. There are a couple of board games and cards and dominos available. The lounge opens on to the large 18sq.mtr terrace. It has a table and chairs for 4 people and nice to enjoy your meals al fresco in the sun with a view of the sea.In the community are two large swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols,changing rooms,toilets and showers, childs pool,a Sauna and a Jacuzzi all free to use by guests. The on site manager runs an Airport pickup/drop off service at rates lower than airport taxis if required. He can also arrange hire of cots and taxis , peronal laundry,hairdressing and nail manicure.
The apartment is within easy driving reach of Calahonda 10mins. La Cala 10mins Puerto Cabino 15mins,Marbella 20mins,Fuengirola 20mins, Gibralter 1Hr by Autopista. Tangier Tour by bus for I day visit about 60 Euros
Also for the Golfer there are about 20 godd Golf courses within twenty mins drive. The nearest is Miraflores famous club only 5mins drive away. It has a good bar and restaurant with very good evening meals and caberet at reasonable prices.
For children there is the Zoo and waterpark at Fuengirola and closer at The Aztec Club(5mins away) there is crazy golf etc.
