The huge beachfront ground floor property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The complex is one of the most exclusive in Puerto Banus and surrounds 30,000 square metres of beautifully kept, landscaped tropical gardens.
There are two open - air restaurants exclusively for the use of guests, 3 swimming pools, a small lake, ponds and shady walks with direct access to the beach from the gardens.
There is a 24-hour reception/concierge service to welcome and assist you as well as efficient security, your own underground parking (a premium in the Port) and elevator. The apartment is styled and designed in traditional Andalucian architecture with lovely shady alcoves to relax away from the mediterranean heat!
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two luxury bathrooms.
Air-conditioning hot and cold is a welcome necessity plus marble floors throughout.
The complex has also one of the most exclusive gyms with indoor pool and beauty centre, (use of which payable locally). This on site sports centre has a heated pool, Jacuzzis, saunas, a state of the art gym and a beauty salon.
One set of linens and towels (but not beach or pool towels) will be provided freshly laundered at the beginning of your stay. Linen and towel changes on the anniversary of the week, plus a mid-week freshener.
