The oversized balcony which can be accessed from both the lounge and dining areas is one of the main features of this apartment.. From the balcony there are spectacular views of La Concha mountain. You will love watching the way the mountain changes colours throughout the day. To the right there are views of the Mediterranean and you can follow the coastline well beyond Puerto Banus and Marbella. The balcony also contains dining furniture with a smart teak table and chairs and four UPVC sun beds which can easily be taken to the pool should you require.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and a large fridge/freezer. At the far end of the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and terrace drying area.
Spacious and contemporary master bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage room in the fitted wardrobes. Great private sun terrace through the French doors at one end of the room and at the other end is an en suite bathroom with marble from floor to ceiling.
Two further bedrooms are located on the lower floor of this duplex apartment. They each benefit from a private terrace which leads to a gate through which there is direct access down to the swimming pools and well maintained gardens. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom and is fully air-conditioned and the third bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a bathroom situated just outside the room itself and again is fully air conditioned.
All three bedrooms have useful window shutters to keep the apartment cool and for additional security.
The pool facilities include mens' and ladies' changing rooms/toilets.
Also on the Senorio de Aloha complex is a paddle tennis court which is free to use any time of the day.
