The apartment is conveniently situated in Nueva Andalucia which is only a 30-40 minute drive from Malaga airport. The popular resort of Marbella is less than 4 miles away.
The duplex apartment is on the top floor in the exclusive Senorio de Aloha complex and offers breathtaking views over the surrounding coast and mountains. From here you can see the Mediterranean Sea, Golf Valley and La Concha peak of the Sierra Blanca Mountains. The large terrace is perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying these spectacular views. There is also a large terrace off the main (upstairs) bedroom that catches the evening sun for those romantic evening cocktails with third smaller terrace off the second bedroom.
Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars, is only a 10 minute walk away. Closer to home there are a wide variety of restaurants and bars; there is also a shopping centre with an assortment of shops including a supermarket and bank. The bull-ring is also close by where there is a fantastic market on Saturdays.
The family-run management company which oversees the accommodation is situated nearby, with nothing being too much trouble. They can arrange a personal transfer service from Malaga Airport, meet & greet, welcome packs, personal shopping service, car-hire, taxi-service, hire service of cots, prams etc, in-fact anything to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable ever.
The apartment has been interior designed with high quality furnishings and luxurious marble floors throughout. The bright lounge is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable seating (including a sofa bed to accommodate a 5th guest) for five people. It has marble floors, a fireplace, air conditioning and a double set of patio doors leading onto the terrace. There is also a TV and a DVD player. The dining area has a lovely arch leading into the kitchen. When the kitchen door is open, light floods into this area. There is a dining table and comfortable seating for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It has a conventional oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, etc. There is another terrace at the end of the kitchen which contains the washing machine.
The master bedroom has marble floors and twin beds, which can be combined to make one double bed. There is a large triple wardrobe and a security safe. Doors open to a lovely terrace overlooking the back of the apartment - perfect for those evening cocktails. There is air-conditioning in this room. There is an en-suite bathroom which has marble walls and tiles as well as shower and a bath.The second bedroom has twin beds and marble floors. It has double doors leading onto a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is air-conditioning in this room. The second bathroom is almost identical to the en suite. It is fully tiled in marble and has a bath and shower. This bathroom leads from the entrance hall and is just beside the second bedroom.
The terrace has a dining area for four. It has what must be some of the most spectacular views in the area. It is the perfect place to unwind and have a drink or to have an al-fresco meal.The large terrace has 2 sun loungers and receives the sun late into the summer evenings. It overlooks one of the swimming pools on the complex.
On-site there are three swimming pools including a childrens pool, paddle tennis, beautiful gardens and grass sunbathing terraces with sunloungers. There is also a communal tennis court for the use of guests.
The complex has the benefit of 24 hour security and a telephone entry system as well as underground parking with a lift up to the front door of the property.
For Golfers, there are many internationally renowned courses near by. Imagine playing golf surrounded by a mountainous backdrop and stunning scenery. The courses include; Real Club de Golf las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, La Quinta Golf & Country Club, Los Naranjos Golf Club, and Golf la Dama de Noche (floodlit Golf available).
The fascinating, white hilltop villages of Casares, Benhavis and Ojen are a short drive away and Seville, Granada, Cadiz and Cordoba are a possible day trip. San Pedro with its narrow streets and pedestrian ways and its own Andalucian charm is only a few minutes drive and Ronda with its arabic heritage can be reached in an hour.
