Enjoy breathtaking views of La Concha mountain from the terraces.You need venture less than 15 minutes from the complex to find the beach, water skiing, boat hire, golf, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas and restaurants. There is a very well stocked supermarket just up the road within walking distance. The apartment is also only a short stroll from the famous Bullring/Saturday market and a slightly further walk to Puerto Banus.You will also have the benefit of underground and off street parking.The kitchen has all the usual modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. This leads on to laundry room with washer which in turn opens up on to a large sun terrace.The apartment is attractively furnished with brightly coloured sofa and easy chairs in the living/dining area which has a TV.There is also a twin bedroom on this level together with bathroom with bath and shower overhead, bidet, whb and wc.There are two further bedrooms downstairs with the main leading on to a terrace with views over one of the communal pools.
