Third floor with lift access providing wonderful views. Front overlooking swimming pool and rear terrace looking at one of the many garden areas. Living room with sofa bed and open fireplace. For entertainment, there is a Sky system with freeview. Feel free to bring your own Sky card. Also, DVD player and some CDs, DVDs and books for your use. Patio doors to a partially covered terrace. Dining area has door with direct access to kitchen with all usual modern amenities including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and coffee machine Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with twin beds. Both share an en suite bathroom. Spiral marble staircase leads up to the solar with sun beds and stunning views over La Concha mountain.

Several pools on complex, one in centre of each apartment block. Pool for this apartment is just outside front door to block. Separate showers. Pretty gardens with palm trees. The apartment has two terraces, one from the living room with a small dining table and chairs plus a few sun loungers. This area is partially shaded. Winding staircase from the hallway to the second terrace which is a solar with BBQ and sunloungers. This overlooks the beautiful Sierra Blanca of Marbella.
Amenities
The apartment is set in the residential area. There is a Community Club house around 300 metres along the residential road of the apartment with community pool and an additional children’s pool as well as a restaurant.
One set of linen and towels (not pool or beach towels) will be provided freshly laundered at the beginning of your stay.
Los Naranjos de Marbella is a popular urbanisation in a traditional Andalusian style with white buildings, cobbled walkways, courtyards and pretty gardens with palm trees, flowers and water fountains. It is situated behind the famous marina of Puerto Banus which is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk and close to Marbella and has spectacular views of the Sierra Blanca Mountain Range. There are several swimming pools from which to chose and the clubhouse has an excellent restaurant and bar, tennis and paddle pool and internet access. |
