Just spent a wonderful month in Andalucia, finishing up with a stay on the Costa del Sol.{linebreak}
Despite the over-development in some areas, we found a little haven at Nerja, and a jewel of an apartment in a Spanish style house in the old part of town, amid native Andalucians.{linebreak}{linebreak}
The owners, Frans and Nuttee, were like old friends by the time we left, and the apartments were spotless, decorated by hand, as if for a cherished friend. Everything was provided; music, full kitchen equipment, TV, beach towels and umbrella, and even a rooftop terrace. In short, we were spoiled, even down to Frans' offer of a town tour! And the beach was a block away!

If you like poking around the local market and doing your own thing while exploring a new place, give yourselves a real treat the next time you are in Spain, and try out this hideaway.{linebreak}
I can't recommend it highly enough-we will definitely be going back.
