This apartment enjoys a comfortable temperature throughout the year due to its headland position with beautiful cooling breezes in summer. Oil heaters are on hand for winter months but are normally only necessary in the late evening as the apartment benefits from its southern position. A security safe is provided for the safe keep of valuables.
Security deposit of £200 required which is to be sent seperately to the owner together with the final balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Linen and towels provided. Use of safe and sunbeds. 'Welcome Pack' on arrival.
Suitability:
No more than 2 people occupancy. Children welcome, long term renters welcome, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. |
