The apartment is in gated community that is set in spacious landscaped gardens with 2 good sized swimming pools both with separate childrens pool and one of the pools has a pool bar and a childrens play area. Nearby at The Miraflores Club House there is a good restaurant and in the summer season there is live entertainment, at this restaurant, most nights.
From the parking area there are a short flight of steps to gain access to the grounds of the complex and then a short walk to this ground floor apartment.
The entrance doorway opens into the spacious, well furnished, Lounge and there is a Dining area with formal suite to the left. The Master bedroom has a double bed and the luxury of an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have twin beds and all bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is a second shower bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom and a fully fitted, good sized kitchen that has all you need for the self-catering family. The Lounge and Master Bedroom have independant air-conditioning units. From the lounge there are large patio doors leading directly out onto the Terrace and just a few steps more and you are on the lawn!!

The property is in the popular Garden development of Miraflores, just a 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport along the main A7 Coastal Highway and right at the heart of the 'Costa del Golf'. The 18-hole Miraflores Golf Course is just a few minutes away and within a 20 minute drive there are some 15 other 18-hole courses available for play all year. Cabopino-Santa Maria-La Cala-Mijas-Alhurin-Los Naranjos-La Quinta-Aloha-Rio Real-Marbella-Santa Clara-to name but a few.
