The Las Mimosas complex has beautiful landscaped gardens, good sized swimming pools and an equipped play area for younger children. You are a pleasant 10 minute stroll away from the Marina, beaches, bars and restaurants of Cabopino and just a short drive from the bustling Town of Marbella.
The apartments have underground car parking and lift to all floors.
This south facing 2nd floor penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a large ‘wrap round’ terrace that has been furnished with tables, chairs, BBQ and sun lounger’s – your chance to make the most of the outdoor living that the Costa del Sol is so famous for.
There is a separate well equipped kitchen with all that a self-catering family could need. The Master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite full bathroom, fitted wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and doors that lead out onto the terrace. The second bedroom, with twin beds, is very spacious and again has fitted wardrobes and plenty of draw space. Adjacent to this bedroom is the family bathroom.

Las Mimosas de Golf Cabopino is situated a pleasant 30-minutes drive from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A coastal highway, the A7 (N340), travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With the apartment centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive.
