A stunning new air conditioned rental apartment in the most desirable part of Marbella on the Costa del Sol. This surprisingly spacious duplex apartment (175 sqm), sleeping 6 in 3 twin bedded rooms, is on a complex built in the style of an Andalucian white village with communal swimming pools. The accommodation, situated on the ground floor with lift from underground car park the apartment has a gated court yard and the secure complex is within 200 yards of a large supermarket, bars and restaurants. The area boasts four of the top golf courses (Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and La Quinta) within a 5 min drive whilst within half an hour's drive of the apartment there are around 35 courses in all including such well known names as Sotogrande and Valderrama. Puerto Banus is about a 15 min walk away with an overabundance of bars, cafes, restaurants and fashionable boutiques and on either side of the marina there are large beautiful beaches.On the ground floor of the apartment there is a good sized, bright kitchen with 4 ring stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, grill, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. There is a small table in the kitchen with two chairs. The downstairs accommodation has a useful guest wc and wash hand basin.The living/dining room is exceptionally large and bright and has been tastefully furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6, sideboard and lighting additional to the overhead. The living area has sofa seating for 7 people, a coffee table, satellite TV, DVD/video player and radio/CD player. There are doors out into an enclosed patio area with outdoor dining furniture and umbrella for 6. The 3 bedrooms each have twin beds and are situated on the first floor. Each room is attractively and practically furnished with bedside tables with drawers, lamps and they all have fitted robes. The main bedroom has a small dressing area and dressing table and mirror as well as an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, whb and wc as well as mirror with with lights.The third bedroom has a small balcony. the communal bathroom is similar to the en suite.GOLF INFORMATION:-Location of this rental apartment is ideal for golfers due to its proximity at the entrance to Golf Valley. Las Brisas, designed by Robert Trent Jones and opened in 1968, is recognised as one of the finest courses in Europe. La Dama de Noche course is open around the clock as this nine hole par 36 layout has a lighting system sited so as to cast no shadows. Los Naranjos also designed by Robert Trent Jones has just undergone a programme of improvements and is known as the 'Costa del Sol's friendly golf club. The owner has personal experience of most of the courses in the area and can supply further information and maps through us upon request.One set of linens and towels (but not beach or pool towels) will be provided freshly laundered at the beginning of your stay.Sorry.
