This rental apartment is ideal for large families or 2 smaller families as Bedroom 1 and bathroom is separated from Bedrooms 2&3 with bathroom by a an oversized 22' lounge! Also ideal for golfers as the apartment neighbours Rio Real/Santa Clara golf courses as well as several others in the the area. Ask us about aiport transfers and golf tours with a golf pro.
As guests in the apartment you are entitled to use the hotel facilities including the famous 'La Cabane' beach bar where you can hire luxury sunloungers at same cost as hotel residents, approx 18 euros per day and be waited on with drinks from the bar--childrens club also available here.
5 Mins walk to beach, 5 mins to La Cabane beach club, 10 mins walk to nearest beach restaurant.

The large hallway welcomes you on entry and is elegantly decorated with mirrors & paintings.
Lounge:
The spacious lounge is fully furnished with a 7 seater leather suite. 32" widescreen TV with DVD/ CD player and surround sound. There is a Sky receiver which has basic channels only although feel free to bring your own card if you want more channels. Sliding glass door with access to first balcony.
Dining room:
Large table with 6 chairs and dresser cabinet. The sliding glass door leads on to second balcony.
Kitchen:
Fully fitted Siematic kitchen with all the usual modern amenities including oven, multi microwave, gas hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Granite tops throughout. 3 seater breakfast table.
Utility room.
Freestanding dryer plus room for line drying if preferred. Plenty of room for storage of airbeds etc.
Master Bedroom:
Large bedroom with king size bed. There is also a full size single bed & mattress stored in the room for a 3rd person if required. Lots of fitted wardrobe space. The sliding glass door also gives access to the second balcony. There is private access to the ensuite bathroom which comprises full size bath, separate shower, twin basins and toilet.
Second Bedroom:
This bedroom has a large 6' 0" bed, lots of fitted wardrobe space & other chests & bedside tables.
Third bedroom:
This bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table & bedside tables.
NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are sited off a private hallway and are separated from master bedroom by the lounge making this rental apartment ideal for 2 families.

Marbella is 5mins drive away where there are numerous restaurants, upmarket shops and the beautiful promenade which stretches for a mile towards Puerto Banus. The old town lies inland away from the sea front. Lose yourself in the myriad of tiny streets and squares that hide examples of the traditional architecture and Marbellan life.

Puerto Banus lies 5 mins beyond Marbella and is 5km away from Los Monteros.. You will find world famous designer wear retailers--Louis Vitton, Cartier, MaxMara to name a few. The Port area is the busiest with a mix of the upmarket retailers and excellent restaurants and relaxed bars. The shops and restaurants wrap around the quayside of the harbour and makes for a beautiful setting in the evening. The Port has a reputation for the luxury yachts it attracts. Even the untrained eye will reel at the decadence of some of the ocean going yachts on display!!

Playa Alicate:
You need go no further than the local beach at Playa Alicate, probably the most beautiful and unspoilt stretch of beach in the area.Try "Los Sardinales" restaurant which specialises in seafood, but has a full and varied menu for those who prefer something different. By night it is a great restaurant, but by day is very informal and various snacks are available for light lunch.
Marbella:
Long stretch of beach with the famous promenade as a back drop. Great for families who want everything to hand-- bars, shops, play areas.
Puerto Banus:
Beyond the Port lies the beach area. Slightly more lively for those who want it, with a certain "Pose factor".
Tarifa:
"Windsurf & Kite surf Mecca". Known for it's year round strong winds the area is the holy grail for wind and kite surfers alike. The many miles of golden beach stretch from Gibraltar as far as the eye can see. With the mountains of north Africa as a back drop it is difficult to imagine a more exhilarating setting for the water sports enthusiast. Good bars, surf wear shops and restaurants in the town provide the all important "buzz" factor. Approx 40mins away.
