The shower room is off the hallway, adjacent to bedroom two. It comprises a shower cubicle and toilet, with one washbasin set in marble vanity unit with mirror and storage under. Towel rail, hairdryer, shaving mirror and point.
There is a large lounge with dining area, and floor to ceiling windows with luxury drapes with patio door to the large balcony-24'x12'. There is a built in wood burning stove in the lounge area, as an additional option to the airconditioning/heating system. For your comfort there is a 3 seater tan leather sofa and two armchairs and coffee table plus side tables with lamps and a standard lamp. Large mirror on the wall in the dining area. One overhead adjustable light over dining table. For entertainment TV with digibox and English channels as well as Spanish, plus a video/DVD player and a CD player.
The balcony is furnished with a round glass topped wicker table and chair set, with cushions, 2 sun beds and 2 folding seats. The balcony is covered overhead and is south facing, so the sun can be enjoyed from morning time. There are beautiful views from the balcony over the golf, lake and hills.
