As you enter the apartment you will find the fully equipped kitchen to your left, it boasts a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave. It provides easy access to the dining area which comfortably seats four, extra dining facilities are available on the balcony, making full use of the outside area.
In the lounge you will find a TV (with satellite TV installed), video and stereo and ample seating to allow you to enjoy your viewing. The lounge is cooled by ceiling fans and portable stand-up units are also available. The bedrooms are also cooled by ceiling fans. Large French doors lead to your private balcony from where you have a view of surrounding farmland with a mountain backdrop.

| Los Alcazares is a working Spanish town with all the facilities you would need, like banks, shops, restaurants etc. Its main attraction is the beach which extends for 5kms and has a palm lined promenade all along its length, the water is clear and blue flag status has been achieved. The sea is very safe from a child's point of view as it is non tidal and fairly shallow and gently deepens as you leave the shore. It is well connected to the rest of Spain by way of motorway and major roads and to the outside world by 2 nearby international airports. El Divino is a community of about 200 properties which has many year round residents as well as holidaymakers, for this reason it is impeccably maintained and reasonably quiet, it is very suitable for families and couples. The apartment is under a 5 minute walk to the Mercadona plaza where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, indeed, most holiday facilities. You are also within a 10 minute walk of the beach and car hire is not necessary unless you wish to explore a little further afield. If you do need car hire at short notice this can be arranged by the apartment manager |

| The property has a large balcony with a dining suite and a superb view of the Cazebo Gordo mountain. A large communal pool is available for occupants of the property and this is surrounded by large landscaped gardens. Currently, 2 golf courses are in operation in Los Alcazares, one at Roda Golf and the other at La Serena, both just outside the town. The famous La Manga club is only 20 minutes drive away and other good courses such as Hacienda, Mosa Trajectum, Las Ramblas, La Finca are all within driving distance. The famous mud baths at Las Salinas de San Pedro are just a short drive and the nearby city of Cartagena is awash with Roman ruins and well worth a visit. if you fancy a day shopping the nearby centres of Dos Mares and Parque Mediterraneo are well within reach and transport can be arranged to these by the apartment manager |
