The property is located at the north end of La Manga strip. It is situated between the shores of the Meditteranean and the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon which plays host to many water activities such as wind surfing, sailing & many more. There is a sailing school just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and also a 9 hole golf course around a 10/15 minutes walk away. There are a selection of bars and restaurants nearby with good bus service up and down the strip.
Nearby is the world famous La Manga club which offers championship golf courses, tennis, gym and spa facilities. Along with this they have a comprehensive selection of bars and restaurants and the whole complex is open all year round to the public.
Cartagena is 40 minutes away by car and is a historical city which offers bus tours and boat trips. |
