A wonderful apartment offering a high standard of self-catering accommodation just a short walk from the beach - from £190 per week. The apartment is located less than a 10 min walk to La Barrosa beach, Costa de la Luz, Andalucia
This wonderful spacious apartment is located on the top floor of a attractive two storey building in La Barrosa, Costa de la Luz (also known as Chiclana de la Frontera). We also now have a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 4 available on the same complex with lower rental rates.
The apartment has a large private balcony with patio furniture, living room with Satellite TV, DVD/MP3 Player and CD Player, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa-bed and for young families with a baby there is a Graco cot/playpen available. There is also a private parking space with the apartment. HEATERS AND THICK BLANKETS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER RENTALS.
The apartment is located on one of the best complexes in La Barrosa and is set in elegantly landscaped gardens that are surrounded by pine forests. One of the loveliest aspects of the apartment is that it is just a ten minute walk to one of the best beaches in southern Spain, La Barrosa. If you want to spend your holidays in a Spanish part of Spain then this is the place to come. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming.

We have an English/Spanish speaking local representative who arranges cleaning of the apartment and bed linen and shows holiday-makers around the apartment. She is also there to help if you encounter any problems whilst you are staying at the apartment.
It is just ½ hour drive from Jerez airport that is served by low cost airline Ryanair and Britannia Airways. You can also fly to Gibraltar from Luton with Monarch Airlines. Other airports that are located nearby are Seville (1 ½ hours drive), Malaga (2 hours)& Faro (3 hour drive), which can be flown to from many UK airports.
All prices include utility bills, the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart and we supply fresh bed linen and hand & bath towels.

Guestbook: Thanks for your welcome home email. What can I say, first of all thank you for fitting us in at short notice, we would have missed such a treat.
The apartment was lovely and so quiet, our first visit to this part of Spain but it certainly will not be the last. After spending the first week of our holiday in a lovely little place called Cabopino on the Costa del Sol, we drove on the coastal Road which had spectacular views and scenery to La Barrosa.
As the Costa Del Sol was quiet hectic and very English this part of our holiday was quite a contrast. We took your advice and tried the restaurant at the end of the promenade (I have forgotten the name apart from Don) As the food and service was so good and they were such a nice couple we ate there several times.
We cannot believe that in the middle of October we were in the Atlantic sea swimming. We enjoyed seeing the real Spain and managed to visit the wonderful city of Cadiz and also Jerez, we have saved Seville for our next visit.
Uli was very helpful and was certainly on time for our meeting. We did run out of gas and after our phone call it was soon replaced.
Thank you again for a wonderful holiday and we have passed on your website to several friends.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the use of your apartment last week. All the family really enjoyed the area, we really had a good exploration of the beautiful region, amongst others, we visited Jerez, La Ballena and down to Zahara, and always spent time on one of the wonderful beaches in the area every afternoon/evening (we became quite Spanish in our approach to going to the beach). We all agreed that the beach at La Barossa was one, if not the best family beaches we have been to in Spain.
Your apartment is lovely, well kept and nicely furnished, and so peaceful. The smell of the pines and the birdsong in the morning was really refreshing. We all had a great week. I would happily recommend your apartment and the region.
