Beautiful 3 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment in Javea on the Costa Blanca, one block (200metres) from the sea and nearest beach. The apartment complex offers a big swimming pool and lovely gardens in a quiet family environment, with most of the ownersbeing Spanish. The apartment has, three sun terraces two which are south facing and has stunning views of the mountains and town and a (small) view of the sea from one of them! The apartment is well equipped with every thing you need for a great holiday whether you want to eat in our out, at one of the many reasonably priced, good restaurants in the area, nearby.
Javea is well placed for people interested in golf, sailing, water activities, walking or simply visiting historic Spain. Close to Valencia, which is hosting the Americas Cup in 2007, this historic city is a great visit.
The more commercial places like Benidorm are a resepctable distance away yet are easily accessed for day outings to places like Terra Mittica, Mundo mar (Spanish Sea World), Aqua Parks and Safari Park so young children can be easily entertained.
The apartment will appeal to discerning familes who expect all home comforts and want to have a safe environment for their children and a relaxing vacation. |

| A sunny, downstairs terrace is ideal for breakfast and is right next to the kitchen to make preparation easy. The kitchen is very well equipped for those interesting in preparing gourmet meals with enough settings to not run the dishwasher after each meal! The lounge is comfortably appointed with up market furniture throughout and the TV has a VHS and DVD palyer with hosts of videos to keep the kids entertained. The south facing big terrace has electric blinds to allow cool, al fresco eating. The bedrooms all have mosquito blinds so you can sleep with the windows open without fear of being nibbled. Throughout the aprtment is tastefully decorated and soothing to ensure a relaxing holiday. The showers are some of the best around with water pressure to die for. The property has its own underground parking space and the complex is secure with loked entry so it is completely safe to let the children wonder around while you are taking a siesta. |
