Beautifully furnished ground floor apartment within walking distance to the beach, good supermarkets, many bars, restaurants, shops & port area of Javea. The apartment is on one level and has double bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom with king size bed, family shower room, separate kitchen, separate utility, spacious lounge/dining area with double sofa bed, covered/open terrace and private garden. The garden has direct access to the large communal pool which is set in tropical gardens and has a lovely splash pool area for young children. Underneath the apartment is a large parking space with direct access to the apartment via an elevator. The apartment is furhished to a very high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is ADSL, UKTV, air conditioning and central heating fitted throughout the apartment. It is excellently located close to the beach and a vast array of amenities. |

| Javea is a fabulous holiday location for every type of tourist and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach which has play areas for children, showers and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets and are a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Arenal and old town of Javea are also within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away.

| The interior of the apartment has a master bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The other spacious bedroom has a king size bed and located next to the family shower room which has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The lounge is spacious with a seating area, double sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra people, dining area and desk. There is ADSL access for clients who wish to bring and use a laptop. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the utility there is a new washing machine. On the terrace is a dining table and 4 chairs plus two sun loungers & parasol. The garden is private with pretty shrubs and direct access to the pool. It has been furnished to a very high standard.
The complex is situated in tropical gardens with a large communal pool which has a splash pool for small children. The apartment is only 3 years old and has direct access to the pool and gardens. Excellently located the beach is only 3 minutes walk and there are many bars and restaurants nearby. Two excellent well stocked supermarkets are within walking distance. The complex is completely fenced in and very secure for children.
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.
Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. |
