This newly constructed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the Hacienda Del Sol urbanization next to both the Marriotts Andaulcia Playa hotel and the prestigious ElPresidente urbanization. The urbanization is securely gated and has its own gardens, communal pool and also free use of gymnasium, sauna,jcuzzi, tennis courts and childrens playground. The apartment is situated a 3 minute walk to the beach where there is another childrens play area and also two beach bars serving drinks and snacks whilst giving stunning views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day!!
The apartment is situated a 15 minute walk to the popular Benavista commercial centre where you will find supermarkets, banks a number of bars and a wide, varied choice of restaurants. Puerto Banus with its famous yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away
whilst Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive.
For the kids Selwo wildlife park is situated 5 km down the coast, only a 10
minute drive away with horse riding situated close by. Parque Aquatico (the
local water park), Tivoli World, Selwo Marina and Fuengirola Zoo are all
within a 30 minute drive of the apartment.
Excursions can be taken to Gibraltar (for rock, monkey or dolphin tours),
Morocco and the local white spanish villages of Caceres, Istan and Ronda
(with its breathtaking views).
The nearest airport is at Malaga, 70 km. away. We can advise on car rental

Situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, the apartment is ideally located for all types of holiday maker.
Whether it be a relaxing, sunbathing holiday or a more out and about holiday you require you are no more than 45 minutes drive to a whole host of varied sites and activities.
The prestigious Puerto Banus is only a 10 minute drive. Visit the harbour to dine in one of the many frontline reataurants or go for a stroll in the harbour and see how the "other half live" with the fabulous yachts moored in the port. For the younger, more energetic types the large amount of bars and clubs are open to the small hours of the next morning!! Marbella is only a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
From the old whitewashed villages of Casares or Istan to the fascinating sites of Gibraltar, you are not far from a varied choice of place to visit.
For a family holiday, again there is an abundance of activities to keep both the kids and the parents occupied for the period of your stay. Whether it be a day lazing by the communal swiming pool or a trip to Selwo Wildlife park, or Selwo Marina you can be sure that the children will be kept busy. Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli world, and the Parque Aquatico Water Park are all within half an hours drive of the apartment.
To keep fit on your holiday, visit the gym and sauna free of use on the complex. Other than this there are a number of sporting activities that can be undertaken. Whether it be Horse Riding,Bowls,Tennis,Football and a round of golf on one of the fabulous courses in the area,(ElParaiso or Atalya courses both within a 10 minute drive) you can be sure not to have too much time on your hands.
After a days relaxing or travelling, you can be sure to have an excellent, pleasurable meal at one of the many varied restaurants all within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. For those wanting to travel further afar you cannot beat value for money at one of the restaurants situated in the spanish towns of Cancelada or Benahavis. |
