Bermuda Beach is on the south western end of the Costa del Sol, Spain mid way between Estepona and Sabinillas. Its in a great location for beach or golf holidays.
Bermuda Beach apartment easily sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Spread over 120 square metres, the apartment has ample space to relax and soak up the unique atmosphere of Andalusia. It shares a communal pool and is a stone's throw from a quiet secluded beach. Parking is off-street in front of the apartment.
Pool and Beach Area
One of the key benefits of Bermuda Beach is its location; Private gardens lead down to a good sized pool and child paddling pool, the gardens drop onto a further private, secluded area before reaching the beach. The beach faces south east and is flanked by a boardwalk along which you can stroll to the nearest bar just over 1km away.
Balcony
The balcony can be reached from both the master bedroom and dining area; it has stunning views across the straights of Gibraltar. Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy breakfast at the table or relax in the evening with a cool drink.
Lounge & dining area
The apartment boasts a large lounge and dining area which can adequately seat six people in comfort (although you will probably want to dine on the balcony). The lounge has satellite TV with the main Freeview choice of UK channels. Broadband has wireless access and a fixed PC.
Master Bedroom
Wake up to magnificent views over the balcony out to sea; The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed, 2 full length built-in cupboards, chest of drawers, bed side table. En suite bathroom has bath, shower over bath , toilet, bidet and sink.
Second and third bedrooms
Both the second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each as well as fitted cupboards. they share a good sized bathroom with toilet . Both have shutters.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped to serve up to six people; it includes an electric oven and hob, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, coffee maker, Gaggia espresso coffee machine, bread maker & microwave.
