Patio doors lead to the terrace which benefits from the sun for much of the day with spectacular views to the sea. Enjoy a cocktail on the terrace, a table & 4 chairs are provided.
Take the steps to the large roof terrace with panoramic views to the sea & mountains, and the African coastline. A perfect place to soak up the sun, table & chairs and sunloungers provided.
The master bedroom consists of a twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. There is also an additional guest shower room.The modern kitchen has microwave, toaster and all mod cons. Private indoor garage with private parking.

| The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated near to the beaches and port of Duquesa at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night. We can also provide various leisure activities such as fishing/dolphin safaris. Next to the port is Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours!
