This apartment has a large lounge/dining area and has recently been totally refurbished in a Provencal style. The south facing patio doors of the lounge open onto a large private covered patio area which is ideal for sunbathing, eating lazy al fresco meals at your patio dining table or just watching the sun go down with a lovely glass of Rioja. The patio area opens directly onto beautiful gardens, which contain a kidney shaped swimming pool shared by the 9 apartments in this area. In addition, the main pools and slide are only some 30 m from the front door. There are wonderful views down the valley to the Mediterranean. Reception is just 20m from the front door.
This lovely apartment has a good-sized lounge cum dining room, which has recently been refurbished comfortably in Provencal style for up to 4 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and plenty of crockery, pans, glassware and cutlery for 4 people. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This apartment is very well equipped and is not only ideal for a week’s holiday but also a long-term rental.
A separate bedroom sleeps two in a double bed and the sofa bed in the lounge can sleep a further two people. Fitted wardrobes in the bedroom house a hire safe. The large bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. As with every apartment at La Orquidea there is satellite TV with programmes in English, Spanish and German.

La Orquidea has five swimming pools, which are located in three different areas of the resort.
The main pool area has a chain of three pools close to the Bar / Restaurant.
The first of these pools is close to the Bar / Restaurant and is the smallest of our pools being primarily a children’s paddling pool with a water depth of 90 cms.
All of La Orquidea's Swimming Pools are surrounded by well manicured lawns and well tended Gardens.
Our Gardens contain a variety of semi-tropical plants, shrubs and trees, including bougainvillea, Red Thorns of Christ, olives and avocado. |
