Experience staying in “real” Spain in this two bedroom ground floor apartment with spectacular views of the Sierra and Lake from the roof terrace. In the heart of Arcos de la Frontera, in close proximity to the bars, restaurants and historic sites. Great base to explore Jerez, Seville, Cadiz, Gibraltar and inland towns of the Sierras.

Lounge area has tv, dvd and stereo and a selection of books and magazines, mainly in English.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle “Foreman” grill. Everything you need to prepare food, eat and drink is provided. Tea, coffee and sugar are included in your Welcome Pack. Ironing board and iron available.
All bed linen and towels(including beach towels) are provided. In addition, fans for the summer, and heaters for the winter are in the apartment.
General
Guests have full use of the roof terrace, but please note that access is via steep steps. There are also three steps down to the main bedroom, therefore, is not suitable for those who would find steep steps a problem.
Parking is extremely limited in the old town and we advise guests to park in the secure underground car park in Paseo de Andalucia and then either take the 10 minute walk to Casamamagata or, if with luggage, take a taxi for 5 euros. Collections from Jerez airport available on request. However, there is a secure parking facility on the premises for motorbikes.
Earliest arrival time is 2.00 p.m.; time of departure is generally flexible.
The owners live on the first floor and are on hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with suggestions of places of interest to visit, good restaurants and tours.
