The house was big, fully equiped, clean and it was a quiet neighbourhoud. the metro/Taxi was very near, so we could be in the centrum in just a few minutes! it was very nice! This housing profits from very interesting local services too, its geographic situation allows to access quickly to all road axes. By lack of time we could not meet the owner more time but he was always very attentive on unfolding of the stay and on all explanations; it communicated to us by phone, a extremely nice owner. The apartment has all the main things necessary for a comfortable staying and it is conveniently located next to a major shopping area and public transportation. Two bathrooms are so nice when getting ready to go out. A very short walk away (2 minutes) is the Metro stop and bus service and a beautiful mall with lots of restaurants. Very safe neighborhood and parking is simple and easy. The owner is so nice and helpful in every way imaginable. Why bother with hotels any more, this is the way to go! It is well equipped and very close to the Colombo shopping centre, bus and metro. The owner, Luis, is extremely attentive and kind. He came every time we asked to and he picked us at the cruise docks and, at the return, he took us to the airport. I recommend this apartment to anyone else. We get the historical center by the metro (subway) or elese the bus to Belem. The reception by Luis and his wife is warm and both are very helpful and attentive with there guests. Silvio Luigi, Italy 01/13/08 The owner very generously brought us, to and from the airport.The accomodation was as described and very clean.There is not a lot of space, but the metro is 5 mins walk which we used all the time.There is also a large shopping centre with an indoor roller coaster among other things beside the metro. The owner was available by phone if we had any difficulties and he sorted out the bus shedule for us when we decided to go out of the city.
