Very well located, 15 min walk to the Madeira Forum Shopping Center, 7 min walk to the beach, very close by is the Promenade, Pharmacy, Banks, Supermarkets, Hairdresser, Cafés etc..
This apartment is on the 2nd floor (top floor) with private access. There is a parking area available (at no extra cost).
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Also included is the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cable TV available. Lounge and dining area furnished (incl. sofa bed).
2 Bathrooms. One is within the main bedroom. This bedroom with a double bed also faces the sea. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds. Baby cot is available on request.
