The nice, big and confortable 4 bedrooms apartment (120smq) completely and recently renovated is located on the fifth floor with elevator in the historical centre in downtown in the multi- kulti "Esquilino Hill" , at 50 meters from "Acquario Romano - Casa dell'Architettura".
It has 4 bedrooms (2 triple and 2 double)and 4 bathrooms (one for each bedroom), kitchen ,hall/living with library,small corridor.
Each room has a closing door for increased privacy, and, of course, a window.
The first bedroom has an American-style queen size bed which sleeps two guests comfortably. There is also a single bed , two closets and a wardrobe. The window see a view of the terra cotta rooftops of the historic neighbourhood.
The second bedroom also sleeps an American-style queen size bed and a single bed. It has two closets and a large dresser.The window opens to a quaint inner courtyard. Small cosy balcony.
