Mick and Angela Brown would like to present to you our large Villa with pool, it is set in the rolling countryside south of Rome 'Villa Anna' is the ideal choice for a short break or a longer relaxing holiday. Perfectly situated it is close to a mainline railway station where trains take only 20 minutes into the centre of Rome. Nearby are the hills of the Colli Albi as are the seaside resort towns of Nettuno & Anzio with their superb beaches. Only 30 minutes away is Ciampino Airport which is the favoured choice of the discount airlines whilst Fiumicino Airport is only 45 minutes away. The Villa is ideal for 2 families as it is divided in to 2 apartments, a 1 bedroom sleeping 2 to 5 and a 2 bedroom sleeping 2 to 7, the apartments can be rented separately.
The 2 bedroom apartment has a double bedroom with plenty of space for an extra single bed and/or a cot, a twin room with its own bathroom with washbasin and toilet. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, there is also a washing machine. In the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker with oven/grill and a 5 burner hob, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The lounge area has a wood burning stove and the whole apartment is centrally heated, the lounge and double bedroom have air-conditioning (charged extra). Outside there are large terraces, two are uncovered and one is always in full sun, one terrace is covered and is an outdoor dining area.
The one bedroom apartment has a double bedroom with plenty of space for an extra single bed and/or a cot, in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area there are 2 chair beds. The family bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker. The apartment is centrally heated. There is a large secluded open terrace with a gazebo to shade you from the sun, we are also training a vine over it so hopefully by 2008 there will be fresh grapes to eat.
There are large landscaped lawn areas with plenty of sun loungers for guests use, next to the pool is our outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and a wood burning pizza oven. In the summer months we hold guest BBQs and Pizza nights, it is always available to do your own BBQs/Pizzas. Beyond the pool area is our vineyard, olive trees and vegetable and fruit gardens. We have wine available from our vineyard, homemade preserves and chutneys from our garden, olive oil from our olive trees, throughout the year we have fresh seasonable vegetables, fresh eggs from our chickens, Angela also makes pasta sauces and lasagne.

Guestbook: We enjoyed every single day from our weekly stay. Nice garden, nice house, friendly hosts. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Villa Anna. The location, rooms and service were all great. It is such a beautiful location and is a nice change from all the hustle and bustle of Rome. We haad a great time and are going back to the Villa Anna for our stay in Italy!!! Blair, Canada

Villa Anna is located in a very convenient place. Far from the crowds but still only 20 minutes from the centre of Rome. We were very happy to be there. The facilities are nice and clean, well equipped. Hosts very nice and helpful.
