This apartment is situated in between three of the most important and oldest Piazzas in Rome, at about 100 meters from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, and 200 meters from The Pantheon. In its proximity you will find the pleasure of walking along the beautiful Roman ruins and admire the architecture dating from the 15th century onwards.Thanks to its location, it is easy to travel from one part of the city to the other as public buses connect to most areas.
For daytime leisure there are excellent open-air markets, boutiques and craft shops as well as open spaces such as the Castel S. Angelo or the Pincio. Moving inside the apartment you are in the first living/dining room. There is a very big table where to lunch and dine and some accessories for the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, the electric fire to cook). From this area (we will call it dining room) you can reach three other different and independent areas: on the left there is a sliding door ( so the room is completely independent) leading to another smaller living room with the stairs to reach the loft where you find the double bed (or twin beds if necessary); on the right there is another sliding door ( so this room is also completely independent and with privacy) leading to the bigger living room, really wonderful, with single sofa bed.
In this room you find beautiful decorations, wooden floor, arch entries and its antique style, making you feel the era of a time. Its ceiling is beautifully hand painted reminding one of frescos. From this living room you can reach the second loft where you find the double bedroom; from the dining room you can also reach the little but well equipped kitchen and, next to it, the bathroom with bath tub/hand held shower. The apartment has heating, telephone and a TV. |

This central area includes some of the most beautiful zones in Rome. Piazza Navona offers a spectacular sight with the obelisk of the Fontana dei Fiumi facing the church of Sant'Agnese in Agone. The prevailing style of the zone is the Baroque one. Few far you can find the area of the Pantheon, the Roman temple dedicated to all the gods, which during the centuries has become the symbol of Rome. With its Reinaissance charm, this part of Rome is ideal for your shopping and has a very lively atmosphere in the evening;
the heart of this area is Campo dei Fiori, whose stands supply the numerous cheap restaurants and pizzerie which are full of people until late.
In the zone you can admire impressive buildings such as la Piccola Farnesina and Palazzo Spada, which has many important paintings. The connections with the other zones of Rome are excellent, thanks to the numerous buses and streetcars avaible until late. |
