My one bed room apartment is located at the VATICAN , a central and residential district of Rome ( very close by public transport to Trastevere , Gianicolo hill , Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori ).I've restored it for 3 months and now everything is new, pavements ( Parquet ) ,furniture in the kitchen and in the bathroom , there's a new, big and comfortable double sofa bed, bookshelf , a new desk and so on. My flat is 35square meters well organised, it is perfect for two.It is located in one of the best district of the city ( Prati-Delle Vittorie) It is exactly located in Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi.This district is quiet and nice , full of trees and just essential shops in the neighbourhood but after 3 minutes
walking You have Via Andrea Doria where is located one of the best market in Rome " Mercato Trionfale " . There You can find e'thing for house ,fruit, vegetables , meat , fish and so on. this is a very characteristic market with characteristic people, perfect to understand Italian life At the same distance You have Via Candia and Via Cola di Rienzo full of "life" and Shops You have a nice and quiet place where You can work but very close to the crowd and noise of every centre part of big city The flat is well connected with all the part of the city by public transport.The nearest underground tube station is Ottaviano-S.Peter , only 500mt away from the flat.You can easily reach S.Peter and the Vatican Museum because they are both at walking distance. 50 meters away from the studio there is Piazzale Clodio where 15 local busses start their ride through the city so You can easily reach all the places where there is not the underground ( Porta Portese Market for example or Trastevere. ). I offer a completely restored and fully furnished apartment with high quality linens and towels, modern accessories, an lcd-tv with international satellite channels, a brend new personal computer with high speed Internet connection ( 8MEGA ), free of charge for our guests to use and air conditioning free of charge too. A CD and DVD player is also available. The bathroom has a shower provided with towels. The bedroom has a new bed, an ancient wardrobe, an ancient closit and a desk.The living room features a lovely double sofa bed, a bookshelf with plenty of reading material in diferent languages at your disposal, as well as information material which you can use to plan your sightseeing activities in the city,a built-in wordrobe full of towels and linens, a small table with the lcd-tv and pc. The kitchen corner is very functional and fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, a cooking stove a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Every room has a big, full length window so the flat is full of light. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people

Pick-up service: upon request, we also provide a pick up service from Rome International Airports in both Fiumicino and Ciampino, with air conditioning taxi for up to 4 people. For reservation, please, send your flight details.This service costs €50 one way no matter if You are 1 pax or 4 pax. There will be the driver waiting for Yuo at the arrivals with Your name on a paper, he will help You in carreing your babbage and in 25 minutes you are at the apartment. If , as it often happens , you might leave something in the car the driver will bring you back because I personally know all the members of this team and I have all their mobile phones. This is not possible with a taxi, You have a better service ( no wasting time waiting for a taxi maybe being stuck in a queue for 20 min in a hot or cold temperature) at the same price.
Nearby facilities: The Vatican and Sistine chapel are all within short walking distance from the apartment. Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori are all easily reachable by public transport in no more than 10 minutes from our apartment. Crossing the lovely St Angelo bridge, you will arrive at the Piazza Navona area through Via del Governo Vecchio, where you will be stunned by the myriad of small antique shops and stores. Those who want to enjoy the fascinating spectacle of Rome by Night will also be delighted to be able to travel back on foot, in around 30 minutes, at any time, day or night, without any hassle. Lovers of fine cuisine will find high quality restaurants in all price ranges and Rome offers a wonderful range of activities for the creatures of the night. Many restaurants, bars and shops are situated close to the apartment. During your stay in Rome, you have a rich and interesting choice of sites to visit and museums to discover. If you are into theatre, you can take part into special events, which are always organized in some of the beautiful theatres in the city. At the end of the day, if you want to eat something good, there are many small and lovely restaurants in the Trastevere area, one of the most fascinating areas of Rome.

Within walking distance there are the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and Castel S. Angelo - crossing the river in front of the Castle, furthermore, you will be very close to Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, the Pantheon and all the most important historical sites.
Further than Vatican Museums - an absolute must for any visitor for its huge exhibition of art and its historical importance, together with the magnificent Sistine Chapel, you can visit National Museum of Castel S. Angelo, with its huge collection of weapons, the ancient prisons, the papal apartments and various rooms with ancient decorations and frescoes. Also within walking distance you can find Villa Farnesina Museum, with its ancient rooms with frescoes, paintings and rare prints. Very closeto the property is the Botanical Garden, which is the third most significant in Italy, both for its size and richness in species (more than 8.000). Particularly interesting are its orchids, ferns and exotic plants. A pleasant stroll, from Botanical Garden in Trastevere neighborhood, will take you to the Gianicolo area, surrounded by Villa Pamphili, the biggest in Rome, where you will see the Spanish Embassy, the church of San Pietro in Montorio, built in 9th century, the wonderful Vista of the city, the so called "Fontanone", built between 1608 and 1612, by request of Pope Paolo V, the "Quercia del Tasso", under which the famous Italian writer took inspiration, and the lighthouse, donated by Italians in Argentina. All of these places can be reached either on foot, by subway or buses. We can also recommend a wide variety of typical restaurants and trattorias, where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine at reasonable and convenient prices and several cafés and pubs. The area around the Vatican Museums, between Via Candia, Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo, is a very famous shopping district. For those who come by car, we can recommend several garages close to us.

Take subway A line towards Battistini and get off at Ottaviano-San Pietro. Turn right into Via Ottaviano and then left into Via degli Scipioni, a parallel road to Viale Giulio Cesare. After about 100 meters you will find Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi and Via Riboty is the smallest street on the square. We are located at number 21.
From A1 highway:
Exit at Settebagni and follow the directions to Roma Centro. Exit after about 15 kilometers at the sign "S.Pietro - Foro Italico". Go straight until you pass the Olympic Stadium. Turn right into Viale Angelico and go straight until you cross Viale Mazzini. Turn right and then take the second street on your left. You are in Piazza dei Prati degli Strozzi and Via Riboty is the smallest street on the square. We are located at number 21.
