Between the village of Pogerola and Amalfi, down at the water�s edge, is a precipitous terraced valley. On one side of this deep valley is our apartment, flanked by jagged cliffs and hilltop watchtowers.
Located in a group of apartments,CASA CECILIA entrance is up 60 easy indoor steps from the garage. The large, shaded furnished terrace with barbeque enjoys side sea views, the far terraced side of the valley and the Gulf of Salerno.
All windows and doors have mosquito screens, Bbq, washing machine, central heating, TV, private enclosed garage.
The bus stop is only 100 m Amalfi and the beaches are just a bus-ride away (10 min.). The blue SITA buses leaving every hour.
Amalfi 4 Km , Positano 18 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km
From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the spinning Summer season.
Due to the difficulty of getting about by car, we recommend that you leave your car in the garage and move about by public transport which frequently passes through all of the towns or go on foot to discover the sometimes tiring but wonderful typical alleyways that cross all over the town centres. |
