The street is animated till late by people visiting the numerous handicraft shops, restaurants and pubs.
The flat is cosy and includes a living room and an alcove separated by a folding door. There is also a comfortable kitchenette and a brand new bathroom with shower.
The flat was completely refurbished in March 2005 and is provided with independent air conditioning and heating.
The most important monuments and the most beautiful shops are at walking distance.
The bus stops are at one minute's walk. The bus to Mondello beach stops at 5 minutes' walk. |

| The flat is very centrally located in a pedestrian area full of handicraft shops, bars and restaurants. At walking distance you can find the worldwide famous Massimo theatre (50 m), Salinas Archeological Museum (50 m), Politeama theatre(600 m), Piazza Pretoria with its large fountain and the nearby old Martorana orthodox church, Palermo famous Arab-Norman Cathedral (1000 m) and the Norman Royal Palace with its gorgeous Cappella Palatina (1500 m) just to mention a few among the many nearby places of interest.
It is just between Palermo posh shopping area (Via Ruggero Settimo and Via Libertā) and the cheaper old shops of Via Maqueda. The open air markets of Via Sant'Agostino and Via Bandiera are at 5 minutes'walk.

In the kitchen,in addition to usual equipment, you'll find a toaster, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, basic ingredients (oil, salt, sugar etc)and much more. In summer we provide our guests with beach towels in addition to a set of towels per person. To guests coming from abroad we often provide a mobile phone for local calls. |

| Guestbook: "The flat was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and more. The area of the flat was perfect for all amenities to explore the city. The only issue we had was that on the weekend as it is situated very central the noise was emphasised however ideal for couples wishing to experience Sicily."
