Furnished with modern elegance, the flat, refurbished in June 2005, enjoys a wonderful view of Palermo historical palaces and churches from the front balcony and a view of the sea and harbour from the back windows.
The flat is on 5th floor (sorry, no lift) of a building in the historical "Kalsa" area 5 minutes's walk from Botanical Gardens, Abbatellis Gallery (with its Antonello da Messina paintings), Spasimo (a roofless ancient church now used for concerts) and the Norman 'Magione' church.
There are: a wide bedroom , a large living room with two single beds, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, a kitchen with oak furniture and a utility room with a washing machine.
The flat is air-conditioned and equipped with a small safe. |

The flat is equipped with a small safe and everything you may need during your holiday. In the kitchen,in addition to usual equipment, you'll find a toaster, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, basic ingredients (oil, salt, sugar etc)and much more. In summer we provide our guests with beach towels in addition to a set of towels per person. To guests coming from abroad we often provide a mobile phone for local calls. |
