The apartments Facchinetti are located in a very picturesque position, only 50m from one of the beautiful beaches of this town and only a stone’s throw from the elegant centre of Malcesine.You can walk in plain and front lake to reach the centre.
Both the spacious apartments are rented out from March to October - and, on request, also during the remaining months -they have their separate entrances and are furnished to accommodate 4 or 5 persons. Furniture and decoration of both apartments is modern and they come with satellite TV, air-conditioning and radiators and on request a cot.
Moreover, there are a garden and the barbecue area, where you can spend good time having dinner with friends, lie in the sun or just relax .
There are also a private parking and a bike/windsurf depot lot at the guests’ disposal.
Dogs are welcome in the apartments Facchinetti.
These holiday homes are suitable for all those who enjoy a certain independence during their holidays. They are also the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours, paragliding ...
Notes on accommodation
Ours apartment has air-conditioning and heating, cot for children on request.
We are glad to give to you all information upon arrival, you can also find a book with detailed infos about : restaurant, museum, bike path, windsurf school, cableway, Gardaland(amusement park), aquapark and more.
Accessibility
Hasn't been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users but the apartments are on the ground floor. The doors are large enough and the shower doesn't have steps. We already had guests with wheelchair.
Outside
Bike depot with kit “parktoll”, where you can take care of your bike.
Surf depot.
The garden and the barbecue area, where you can spend good time having dinner with friends, lie in the sun or just relax.

Blue Apartment: living/dining room with kitchen area with all that is necessary (fridge/freezer, oven, pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes, cups, coffee machine, television..) and double sofa bed, large double bedroom with a big wardrobe, a big bathroom with shower and small storage room (with drying rack, broom..).
On request we can give you a cot for your children.
The apartment also has a terrace with a table for eat outside, one garden in front of the house and one bigger in the back side and car space. Yellow appartemt has one room more |
