This charming and sophisticated apartment is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and has 4 wonderful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. The Brunelleschi apartment is divided on two levels and comprises a large and elegant living-room with 20 ft high antique coffered ceilings, a dining-room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, a double bedroom (with separable beds) and en suite bathroom with shower and a spacious closet, a double bedroom (with separable beds) decorated with superb 15th Century frescoes and original coffered ceilings, with en suite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom (the beds cannot be put together) also decorated with frescoes and bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with en suite very elegant bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. There is also a small laundry room and a storage room. The old cotto style floors that have been well-maintained and the wooden floors, coffered ceilings, and frescoes give this apartment a very elegant and historic style and atmosphere.
This quality rental apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high speed wireless internet, a modern flat screen cable tv, dvd player, stereo and washer/dryer.
Regarding all arrivals each client is personally met at the apartment for the Check In and given a detailed explanation of the apartment complete with an instruction and guide book. There is onsite English speaking staff available during the week in the office on Via dei Serragli and an number to call in case of emergency available 24/7.

Guestbook: There was ample space for seven of us, pleanty fo privacy and having 4 bathrooms was a great advantage. This is an absolutely beautifull apartment, verytastefully decorated, very confortable We were very happy to have internet access. James -May 2007.
It is a truly amazing apartment! The 20 foot ceilings in the lounge and dining rooms created a unique feel. There was a lot of space and storage and very unique archictecture too.
The building and the apartment were exactly as the website described. The furnishings were definitely very impressive for a rental property. Auto lighting in upstairs bedroom would sometimes come on on its own. The loung area was amazing - enormous feeling of space. The washing machine was a little too difficult to understand (but there were instructions)! Robin - Australia (Oct 2008)
