Situated on the waterfront, the apartment is part of a former fisherman’s house recently restored.
This fabulous and very cosy rooftop apartment will make you feel at home at once. Brightly coloured and airy, it will serve as an idyllic base for 2 people.
The kitchen is cosy and fully equipped with electric oven and fridge. There are pots, pans and everything you need to cook up a nice dinner that you can take with you on the large terrace and enjoy while you gaze in awe at the view outside. It has a solid table, chairs, a sofa and a big window with entrance to the private terrace and totally unspoiled view to the beach.
The charming bedroom is bright and has a view to the quiet and majestic park of “Villa Matarazzo”, with century old trees and rare and precious plants growing in it.
The wrought iron bed is large and comfortable and the “aged look” wooden cupboard provides a nice amount of closet space.
The bathroom, tiled with light blue Vietri ceramics, has a glass shower and a romantic mirror.
The apartment is furnished with antique furniture which comes from Italian fine shops and the walls are filled with handmade pictures and prints in classical style.
