At casa di Pina you will find good value budget accomodation. The apartment is on the top floor of an Italian family home - Pina and her family run a local farm on the grounds of their property. The accomodation is clean, spacious and typical of a local country home where you should expect to see the washing hanging out and the exterior of the building not quite finished as well as being made to feel part of the family - Pina is quite a cook. There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is large with quality reproduction furniture and double doors that open out on to a balcony that runs the length of the upper floor - the balcony catches the sun for most of the day - there are wonderful views of the sunrise over the hills, views to the side of Castellabate, countryside and distant sea views. The sitting room is spacious and also has double doors opening out on to the balcony. There is a good size family kitchen, a smallish second bedroom with views to the rear and a good size bathroom with a bath - The top floor has its own independent entrance . Casa di Pina is good value budget accommodation run by a proud Italian family who will make you feel very welcome. The road leading up to the accommodation is not for the faint hearted as it is a steep unmade rubble road on a hill - great fun for those who like a driving challenge. The apt is in a wonderful position for those who like trekking, walking, driving or cycling and is 5 mins drive from Castellabate and 10 - 15 mins to the coast - A car is essential. Damage, breakage, excess cleaning deposit : We kindly ask that all clients pay a cash deposit on arrival of 50 Euros (refundable on departure) to cover eventualities such as the cost of breakage, damage or excess cleaning. Changeover day : Rental is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday - flexible out of season, and is ready for check in from 4pm and check out is at 10am to allow for cleaning time |
