Totally renovated in 2007, keeping the rustic charm of wooden beams mixed with all modern conveniences, it’s composed of a spacious bedroom(of 20 meters)with comfortable double bed and a single bed (or 3 single bed, if requested). Air conditioning/heat pump. The room has a window on one of the little squares of Via Carlo Alberto. TV and DVD player and two comfortable armchairs.
The kitchen - dining area, with capacity for up to 4 people, is fully equipped with modern conveniences: gas-stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge; washing-machine, iron and iron board. The bathroom has a shower cabin; hair-dryer at your disposal. Bed linen, blankets and towels are provided.
1 min from seafront, 3 min walk from the harbour and old bastions, with a rich produce market only five-minutes’ walk away;
10 min to the long white-sand enchanting beaches and turquoise sea water.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Alghero. From the apt, stroll down the old cobblestone streets, linger over coffee at a charming outdoor café, check out the stalls of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat at the central market, or wander around the marina and along the uncontaminated sandy beaches.
Alghero can be easily explored on foot, but if you do have a car, remember: Driving in and around Alghero is not a problem, excluded the historic centre, or Old Town, where driving and parking is permitted to residents only.
