A 40 square metre apartment for rent in the inner city with a big light room overlooking a quiet street in the
Downtown area on the Pest side.
Central area, perfect location, favourable price!
I can recommend Somogyi Apartment if you prefer a self catering flat in the center to a hotel or youth hostel and you want to pay less than in a hotel plus we can do transfer.
Equipped with free Internet for surfing and mailing and a PC. air conditioning, electric fan plus shutter for those who don't like air conditioning, kitchen, fridge, IKEA furniture, cable TV with English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc. language channels (languages sometimes changed by service company), washing machine, microwave oven, percolator, iron, ironing board, shower, hair drier, bed linen, quilts and pillows filled with synthetical filling, towels, etc.
The flat is on the first floor (the floor above ground floor).

Here you will experience how convenient it is to live in the centre, first street from Big Boulevard! (central, but quiet)

There are innumerable attractions on Big Boulevard, like theatres, museums, restaurants, cinemas,
shopping centres, market hall, 24 hour shops, metro stations,
etc.
Andrssy avenue a World Heritage Site in Hungary - crosses Big Boulevard at Octagonal Square.
You need not share the one room flat with strangers. Only you (or you and your friends) will have keys, alarm system (code valid only during your stay).
Public transport is excellent (Metro, trams, buses), one stop by the red 7 bus (or walk) to the pedestrian precinct (Vaci Street).

Free time: you have to have a wonderful time in Budapest.
The price of the whole flat is given per day in Euro.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, Internet, etc, no hidden costs!
The price depends on the Season and the number of the guests.
Examples :
TWO persons (If you come with your friend), in low season : 35 Euro per day per flat. (17.5 Euro / person)
Two persons in high season : 40 Euro per day per flat. (20 Euro / person)
Price reduction is negotiable in case of a longer stay (min 8 nights).

01 Sep - 27 Dec : 30
28 Dec - 01 Jan : 50
Plus one person : add 5 euro to the prices of one person
Plus 2 or 3 persons : add 10 euro to the prices of one person.
Price includes everything, gas, water, electricity, Internet, etc., no extra cost.
The way to book it : sending deposit by paypal or bank transfer.

I will send the deposit back if I can find other Guests for the dates which you booked then cancelled.
BAD
If I can find Guests only for some of the days originally booked by you or no Guests at all, you will lose 20 percent of the rent ( the deposit) while I will lose EIGHTY percent of the whole rent (as I sent other applicants away saying: sorry, the apartment is booked). |
