From here it's possible to explore one of the most beautiful European cities either on foot or by public transports.
Pleasant and comfortable, the flat is situated on the third floor, looking on the internal court, so that the quite is assured!

The apartment comprises entrance hall with equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilette and two rooms. One big room with a king-size bed on the gallery and one queen-size sofa bed. Another room with a French bed, on a little gallery too.
The flat offers all what you need, from dishes, glasses and so on, to table and beds-linen and also towels. A wash-machine is at disposal too.
For people that enjoy relaxing, after a plain journey around Budapest, you find in the flat music cd player with a lot of choices of CD and cassettes, books in several languages, VCR, Cable TV, some board games and a few joys for children.
Concluding... some notices about us! Our apartment in Budapest is our second home.
We are an Italian family that lives in Hungary, by North-East Hungary - in a national park, where we have a green Holiday Farm. We have two children and we love a lot travel. Our flat is not luxury but warmth and pleasant. It's full of old things, pictures, some collections and a lot of souvenir of our trips!

Public transport is excellent (Metro, trams, buses) or you can walk to the pedestrian precinct (Vaci Street).
There are innumerable attractions around, like theatres, museums, restaurants, cinemas, shopping centres, 24 hour shops, metro stations, etc.

This part of Vaci Street ( pedestrian precinct) leads to the Market Hall, one of the sights of Budapest.

You need not share the two room flat with strangers. Only you (or you and your friends) will have keys.
The representative of the Italian landlord is a Hungarian teacher of English and Russian, a part-time tour guide.
Arrival: the landlord or his representative will wait for you in the flat or at the airport / railway station if you order transfer.
Transfer is: from the airport to the flat : 20 Euro, from the railway station to the flat : 15 Euro per car (one car is 3 persons plus suitcases or 4 persons plus little luggage) (from the flat to the airport / railway station : 20 / 15 euro )
Beds: a double bed (French bed 200x200) on the gallery, a smaller double bed on the other gallery, and an openable sofa bed in the living room.
Free time: you have to have a wonderful time in Budapest.
The price of the whole flat is given per day in Euro.
The price depends on the number of guests
1-2 persons: 54 euro (27-54 euro per person)
3 persons: 63 euro (21 euro per person)
4 persons: 70 euro
5 persons (5 adults, or 4 adults plus 2 children): 77 euro
Price reduction is negotiable in case of a longer stay (min 8 nights).
The price includes gas, water, electricity, cable TV, no hidden costs!
Cleaning: after check out.

sending deposit by Paypal or banktransfer. (paypal is faster and cheaper)

flexible with No guest before or after your arrival / departure.

Cancellation policy.
GOOD
I will send the deposit back if I can find other Guests for the dates which you booked then cancelled.
BAD
If I can find Guests only for some of the days originally booked by you or no Guests at all, you will lose 20 percent of the rent ( the deposit) while I will lose EIGHTY percent of the whole rent (as I sent other applicants away saying: sorry, the apartment is booked). |
