Kavos Psarou is built in a big by the sea estate having a 260m "private" beach.The growth of our land and the easy access to the sea will provide you convenience and calmness making "Kavos Psarou" an ideal summer holiday accommodation.Kavos Psarou has 4 studios on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. Studios are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, they have 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. There is also possibility for a folding bed, on request. The rooms are spacious 32m2 with large balconies with sea view. All rooms have
kitchenette fully equipped (oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery, small fridge) and bathroom with shower. All studios have satellite T.V.Linens and towels are changed every four days.
Kavos Psarou have 2 newly built apartments (ready from May 2005) at the upper floor (attic). Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed, one sitting room with sofa-beds, kitchen and bathroom. They are very spacious (45m2) and can accommodate 4 adults. There is also capability for one extra folding bed. In the front part of the attics there are large balconies with superb sea view. Decoration and furniture is made with special care. The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge, cooking top, oven with air extractor and all commodities for your everyday needs (oven, toaster,coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery etc.). The bathroom is large with bath tub. There is also air-conditioning in each apartment. The sitting room is equipped with 21 inches satellite T.V.Apartments are also equipped with safe-box free of charge. Linens and towels are changed every four days.
The accommodation is built in an estate with typical Mediterranean vegetation surrounded by grass, flowers and olive trees.In close proximity there is a fishermen's port that you anchor moor your boat for free.The resort is not very touristically developed so it keeps a natural unspoilt beauty.In walk distance you can find tavernas, minimarkets, bakery and butchery shop.
