| Kleoni Club, Tolo (Tolon) is situated in the county of Argolida, in the heart of the Peloponnese peninsula in Southern Greece.
Tolo (Tolon) is well known for its Sandy Beach which runs the length of the village, its and close proximity to the world famous archaeological sites of the Peloponnese such as Epidavros Theatre, Mycenae, Olympia, Sparta/Mystra, Korinthos and many others which are found within at most a couple of hours drive from the resort. Organised excursions run daily through the summer months visiting these sites as do cruise boats which visit the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses from the harbour.
Tolo (Tolon) has the advantage of surrounding mountains which lend shelter to the bay and the shallow, clear waters and further around the coast the beaches of Plaka, Vivari, Candia, Iria and Kondili offer their own charms should one like to have a change of scene. It is possible to rent a boat in Tolo to spend the day at one of these or one of the islands in the bay (Koronis, Daskalio and Romvi).
The town of Nafplion is found just ten minutes away and being the first capital of Greece attracts an enormous amount of interest all year round. The town boasts the Palamidi castle high on top of the hill, the Bourtzi castle in the harbour and many narrow Venetian streets teeming with tavernas and gist shops. The local bus service runs every hour from Tolo to Nafplion.
There are a great deal of other activities in the area depending on how you would like to spend you time. Some examples are: watersports, scuba diving, kite surfing (in nearby Nafplion), walking, bird watching, nature treks, wine tasting (Nemea), skiing in the winter months (in Tripoli or Kalavrita) to name just a few.

The new rooms in the Argo Building are situated above the Kleoni Restaurant – Bar, next to the Kleoni swimming pool. They are comfortable rooms for two people, each room consisting of an iron – wrought double bed, small fridge, TV, A/C and a private balcony overlooking the pool. |
