These apartments and studios are above and behind the village of Agia Efimia (Aghia Efimia) some 250 meters (5 minutes) walk from the seafront. Their slightly elevated position enables lovely views across the valley to the hillside beyond and, to the side, village and sea. The dozen apartments are housed in two buildings and are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments and studios.
All apartments & studios are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with mini-oven and fridge, a multi-channel television, telephone, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower and wc, and terrace or balcony with very good rural and side-sea views over the village.The top floor of the first building houses two apartments and a spacious studio.
The separating fences on the top floor terrace can be easily removed to enlarge the terrace if required, so this would be ideal as a combined family unit and/or for larger parties. Although all units are slightly different in layout, furnishings and décor, they all possess a certain flair. The convenient and central location on the island of Kefalonia, lovely views and luxurious comfort here make Panorama's luxury apartments & studios a very good choice for a stay in Kefalonia.
The studios in the main building are very spacious and comfortable and can accommodate up to four guests. There are large studios with an open plan living room area, which also have a kitchen, spacious & luxurious bathroom with hip-bath, television, telephone, leather Chesterfield couches and sofas, air-conditioning and a spacious balcony with panoramic sea and valley view. The couches can easily be converted into double beds which can accommodate two children or an adult comfortably.
Since these studios are approximately 40 square meters (almost 400 sq feet) in size, there is enough space for even an additional bed if required.
The apartments in the main building have a bedroom and a separate living room and can also accommodate up to four guests. The apartments have the same luxurious furniture, facilities and panoramic views. The apartments have the additional advantage of having the bedroom separated from the living room, which would give you additional privacy. These larger studios and apartments in the main building are ideal and very comfortable for families and for couples.
The annexe studios are recommended for two guests. There is however enough space for an additional bed on request. These studios also have a luxurious bathroom, a kitchenette, television, telephone, elegant furniture, air-conditioning and a private balcony with panoramic valley & sea view.
Our luxurious & relaxing suites and rooms were the perfect answer to the hard working film crew of Captain Corelli's Mandolin throughout the whole summer of 2000. Our spacious apartments and studios have all the facilities to unwind from an energetic and busy day.
